The Moben website contains an online form for site visitors to order a free brochure.

When we ordered a brochure on the next but one working day we received a polite telephone call from Moben representative which had the following structure:

• Whether we had received the brochure
• Whether we would like to book a free design consultation
• Whether we would like to take advantage of their seasonal offer before a date
• Whether we know that the offer held if the design consultation was carried out before offer closed
• When we planned to install a kitchen
• That if we had not received a brochure within the next couple of days - to re-request one from the website
• The following day a full glossy brochure arrived
