Turn right (3/4 arond the roundabout) into the industrial estate and onto Bishop Meadow Road. Turn first right into Belton Road West and 300 yards down on the left is Kernon Drive. Howdens is on the right. To return to town centre, turn left and head doen Belton Road West Extension, thrn right onto Belton Road then left onto Derby Road to centre. From West and South of Loughborough Either approach the industrial estate along the A6 Derby Road and turn left at the Derby Road roundabout, or follow the ringroad Epinal Way towards A6 and Warwick Way.
